and this is what I heard Him say:
God spoke to me today from Exodus 18:27 where God’s Word says, “Then Moses sent his father-in-law on his way, and Jethro returned to his own country” and this is what I heard Him say:
“I bring people into your life to shape you! It’s true. I brought Jethro onto the scene just when Moses needed him most. Then he moved off the scene. Jethro had wise administrative counsel to offer Moses and Moses, My servant, took his counsel. I still bring people into your life to shape you and then I lead them off the scene of your life when their task is completed. I bring into your life pastors, evangelists, missionaries, teachers, co-workers, neighbors, friends, counselors, and more. I bring them into your life to contribute to your life--to shape you! Are you listening to what I am saying to you through them? Perhaps today you will humble yourself enough to really let what others are saying, advising, or suggesting sink in! After all, it is according to My sovereign master plan for the entire universe that I brought them into your life in order to shape you!”
