and this is what I heard Him say:
God spoke to me today from Exodus 29:42-43. “The Tent of Meeting before the LORD. There I will meet you and speak to you; 43 there also I will meet with the Israelites” And this is what I heard Him say:
“I want to meet with you! I called the tabernacle My 'Tent of Meeting.' It was at the tent that I met with My leader Moses and My people the Israelites. Since the time of the garden of Eden, I have desired to meet with My people. With Adam, I came down in the cool of the day and walked with him. But after his fall into sin, how could I? I am holy. Since then all people everywhere are sinful. So, I designed the Tent of Meeting as the place where we could connect. Of course, it required sacrifices to purify the tent and consecrate a priesthood who could then enter My presence. Not much has changed. I still desire to meet with you. To speak to you. So, I sent My Son to be the sacrifice to purify the sanctuary (your body) so you can enter My presence. You have a High Priest, My Son, Jesus. You are my believer priest who I invite to meet with Me. I have given you My Word, the Bible so you can hear Me speak. I did all this because I want to meet with you. So let’s meet."
