and this is what I heard Him say:
God spoke to me today from Exodus 30:1&6 where it says, "Make an altar of acacia wood for burning incense.… Put the altar in front of the curtain that is before the ark of the Testimony--before the atonement cover that is over the Testimony--where I will meet with you,” and this is what I heard Him say:
“Come before Me with Prayer! You see, I designed My sanctuary in such a way that the altar of incense was placed just before the curtain that separated My throne, which is the ark of the covenant, from the rest of the sanctuary. On My throne behind the curtain, I manifested My presence in Shekinah glory above the Ark of the Covenant’s lid. That ark is also called the Ark of the Testimony because inside that ark were the two tablets of the Ten Commandments. The Ten Commandments are My Word to you, likewise, the altar of incense represents your prayers to Me. * I hope you are getting this. In our relationship, we need to talk to one another. You talk with me as I sit upon My throne of Grace through your prayers. Your prayers are like the sweet fragrance of incense to Me. Likewise, I speak to you through My Word. You need to read it to hear My voice. I will speak through My Spirit and you will hear the Spirit's still, small voice within bearing witness to you. Today, let’s talk. Meet with me. So come before Me with Prayer! Do it now!"
