and this is what I heard Him say:
God spoke to me today from Genesis 20:2 where He says, "You are as good as dead because of the woman you have taken; she is a married woman" and this is what I heard Him say:
“Your marriage is sacred. I’m the one Who joins a man and a woman together. Marriage is to be protected at all costs. Never, never compromise on your commitment to it. Violators of the marriage commitment bond, in My eyes, are as good as dead. If you are married, never deny it. So to be fair, Abimelech was set up by Abraham because he only told half the truth when he said, ‘Sarah is my sister,’ and not the other half, ‘Sarah is my wife.’ So it was in ignorance that Abimelech pursued a married woman. Nevertheless, marriage is so sacred that all offenders will be found guilty. Today, your culture has redefined My institution that bonds a man and a woman together. Your culture is not guiltless. Your culture desecrates marriage to include same-sex partners. They violate My covenant. It is never right to violate marriage; other violators of marriage include fornicators, adulterers, and even a single person dating a married person. Never for a moment think that I will bless such offenders. So today, remember to hold marriage as sacred and defend it at all costs!”
