and this is what I heard Him say:
God spoke to me today from Genesis 40:1 where God's Word says, "When two full years had passed" and this is what I heard Him say:
"I'm not in the hurry that you are in!" I know you are thinking, ‘Yikes! godly Joseph was in prison for a crime he did not commit--how could that be good?’ Now if that were you, you would be thinking, ‘Why is God letting this happen to me!’ Well, such thinking comes from a lack of trust in Me and that I know what I am doing. I never left Joseph when he was in prison—as I never leave you either. Even when terrible things happen like the loss of a loved one through death or divorce, or loss of job from a false accusation, or the loss of home from a turn in the economy. You see, Joseph trusted me in the good times and bad—I was with him in both—just as I am with you. So trust Me. Don’t grow impatient with Me, My schedule is rarely your schedule. I’m orchestrating the events of the entire universe so it achieves the goal of My master plan—not yours. When you trust Me you will see, eventually, that I mean it all for good. So don’t worry, I’m not in the hurry that you are in!”
