and this is what I heard Him say:
God spoke to me today from Leviticus 12:2 which says: “A woman who becomes pregnant and gives birth to a son will be ceremonially unclean for seven days, just as she is unclean during her monthly period.” And this is what I heard Him say:
“Don’t confuse ceremonial uncleanness with loss of salvation!” The way my holiness and purity works is like this. “Holiness” refers to your status. You (or other things) are either holy or unholy. Like a common person being consecrated to the priesthood. He moved from being common (unholy) to holy. Likewise, “cleanness” refers to your condition. You (or other things) are clean unless you do (or come into contact with) something unclean. In fact, a holy priest, who touched a dead animal, was unclean in his condition, even though he was holy in his status. It was not essentially wrong to be “unclean” as long as he handled it properly. Delivering a baby is not wrong, nor Is it wrong to have a monthly period. It is a person’s condition that needed to be addressed so she can approach My sanctuary. Not much has changed. You are My holy people by faith in My Son, Jesus Christ. That is your status, holy. You may do or be exposed to that which is impure, which renders you unclean spiritually. You do not lose your status of salvation (being holy), it’s your condition that needs to change. So take inventory of your condition. Are you clean or unclean? How about your thoughts? Confess your uncleanness to be restored to purity (1 John 1:9). Don’t confuse ceremonial uncleanness with loss of salvation.
