and this is what I heard Him say:
God spoke to me today from Leviticus 22:2 which says: "Tell Aaron and his sons to treat with respect the sacred offerings the Israelites consecrate to me, so they will not profane my holy name. I am the LORD." And this is what I heard Him say to me:
“Respect My sacred offering! It’s not that hard to do. Be sure the priest who makes the offering is ceremonially clean, be sure the participants of the sacrifice are qualified and only have an acceptable sacrifice. Those are the same requirements with respect to My Son, Jesus, and His offering. First, Jesus was the priest making the sacrifice and He was completely clean. He did no sin (1 Peter 2:22), knew no sin (1Corinthians 5:21), and no sin was in him (1John 3:5). Next, in order to qualify to partake in the benefits of eternal life from My Son’s sacrifice, you must have faith in Jesus as your Savior (Romans 4:24). Finally, the sacrifice Jesus made was acceptable. If Jesus had not satisfied all the just demands of My holiness and righteousness He would have remained in the grave. But in fact, he was raised to life for your justification (Romans 4:25). So, today, be sure you ‘respect My sacred offering!’”
